Baked Buffalo Hot
Wings
12 medium Chicken Wings (rinse in cold water & remove tips) WING SEASONING: 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder 2 Tbsp. Oregano 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced |
Place wings in a plastic bag with 1 cup flour and shake until coated. Deep fry 6 wings at a time in a skillet of hot oil for 3 mins. Drain on rack. Mix 1/3 cup wing sauce* and 1/4 cup melted butter. Toss wings in mixture. Arrange wings on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins. Remove from oven and toss with 1/2 cup wing sauce. Return to oven and bake 10 more mins. Serves 4. *Wing sauce can be any flavor from local grocer |
